"We live in an upscale, 6 year old home built by a very high quality contractor. We were having a couple of problems, so I hired Rick's to do a whole house inspection. Rick found burnt wires in one of the electrical panels - done at the time of installation - just wrapped in tape. Our builder didn't know because the wiring was subcontracted. There were several other minor things that could have been major problems later.
